What Are Cookies & Local Storage

Our Approach
MyHandler.ai takes a privacy-first approach to cookies and browser storage. We use only what's needed to run the service, remember your preferences, and — with your consent — measure how the site is used.
We use one third-party analytics tool, Google Analytics 4, and nothing else: no advertising cookies, no Facebook Pixel, and no ad-targeting or cross-site tracking. Google Analytics loads in Consent Mode with analytics storage denied by default— it sets no analytics cookies and records no page views until you opt in, and it is fully disabled when Global Privacy Control is detected.
Your consent choices are stored locally in your browser — we do not store them on our servers.

Cookie Categories
Necessary (Always Active)
These cookies and storage items are essential for the website to function. They include authentication tokens and your consent preferences. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Functional
These items remember your preferences like language selection, inbox layout, and calendar view. Disabling them means these preferences will not persist between sessions, but core functionality remains unaffected.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. These cookies are off by default and are only set if you opt in. They are never used for advertising and are automatically disabled when Global Privacy Control is enabled. You can turn analytics off at any time using the controls below.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
